For our first week of shows in the Bronx, SummerStage hits the historic Crotona Park! With over 120 acres of land including a 3 acre lake, the park provides myriad recreation opportunities for the surrounding community. The natural beauty reaches its peak in the summer months as the park’s many trees flourish with life. We are excited to bring programming to this beautiful landscape.
On Wednesday July 6, world renowned rapper and Bronx native Fat Joe gets the party started in Crotona Park. Thursday promises a loving tribute to the acclaimed jazz flutist Dave Valentin. The rest of the week brings powerful spoken word, thrilling circus acts, crazy hip-hop beats, and the world class Metropolitan Opera.

To get to Crotona Park, take the 2 or the 5 to 174th St & Southern Blvd or hop on the Bx17 to park’s stop.
